This Saturday June 9th, we will be participating in "Saturdays In The City", and event that will take place throughout downtown Oregon City. We will be opening at 4pm and featuring live music from 4-9pm as well as Happy Hour all night. So please come join us to make this evening memorable!

We have our 1st Tequila Tasting coming up on May 31st featuring the ultra premium spirits of Don Julio and Jose Cuervo. The event will feature 6 different Tequilas, along with a reception Jose Cuervo Margarita, and 4 different Southwest Style dishes (Mexican Ceviche, Turkey Curry Chilli, Chicken Enchilladas, and a Veggie Taco Salad). The event cost is $40/person and will include some take home memoribillia to comemorate the evening. The party starts at 6pm, May 31st, so get your tickets ASAP!

This upcoming Thursday is our first vintners dinner featuring the fantastic local wines from St Josef's Winery. Tickets are only $40 and include 4 specialy prepared courses and 5 different varietles of wine. Come in and grab your tickets before it's too late.

Only 17 days until our first vintners dinner and the excitement is growning. Here are the courses and what they are paired with (that way you can tell your friends how flippin awesome it all sounds). The first course is an interesting appetizer, almost like Greek nachos. It's pieces of deep fried pita bread topped with hummus and a piece of falaful, paired with Pinot Noir. The second course is an incredibly fresh and homeade caesar salad served with Chardonnay. The third course is our signature lamb kebob with a special syrah reduction sauce, and served with that same Syrah. And the last course is a homeade baklava paired with a very smooth Gewurztraminer. There of course will be a reception glass of Sparkling Wine to welcome you as you get settled in. Not only will you get to experience some fantastic food and vino, but the ambience and overall entertainment of the event is what makes something like this so special. A community coming together to enjoy food, beverage, and the pleasure of each others company. So get down here and purchase your tickets before they are gone. Only $40/person!!!

We have our first Wine Pairing Dinner of the season about to kick off on May 10th at 6pm featuring St. Josef's Winery. The event will showcase 5 different varietals and 4 specials dinner courses prepared by our executive chef. The cost of the event is $40 per person and tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets are available at the restaurant so get yours soon.

Tonight is the night, live music featuring Jermone Couture! Everyone come down between 6pm-9pm and get a seat before its too late. Believe me when I say, it's an absolute treat to watch Jerome preform. You will be blown away by his incredible musical talent.

Our first musical guest, Jerome Couture, had to reschedule his first appearance at Cypress to Saturday April 14th instead of Saturday April 7th. He will be playing from 6pm-9pm in our Oasis Room. We hope to see you all there to enjoy his tremendous talent.

Hey everyone! We have a special treat coming to Cypress, phenominal muscian Jerome Couture will be playing in our Oasis Room starting Saturday April 7th from 6pm-9pm, and wll be doing preformances at least twice a month there after. Jerome has a vast range of musical talent and experience and is capable of preforming with 16 different instruments. He was most recently playing shows at The Highcliffe in Oregon City. I suggest to everyone to come down and check him out, you will be blown away!
